About Joanne Meneses

A longtime Folsom resident who comes from a family of local educators, Joanne is deeply familiar with the communities and school districts of the Sacramento Tri-Counties area. She’s also a former Bay Area resident who empathizes well with buyers and knows the mindset of people relocating to our area.

 

Joanne enjoys creating ideal client experiences and going the extra mile to ensure buyers are educated on and prepared for the entire purchase process. She understands the importance of having buyers ready for the process as she works with them to find the best home for their needs, desires, and budget.

 

With her longtime love of horseback riding and showing, Joanne is an excellent resource on equestrian properties. Meanwhile, she makes a point of remembering the “fun factor” and loves eliminating stress and bringing positivity to every step of the process, whether working hand-in-hand with buyers or assisting with the complexities of listings.
